The Vedado

The Vedado is a neighbourhood of the city of the Havana where the buildings where built in the nineteenth century, developing it’s full natural beauty in the early twentieth century. It’s a central cultural area and the capital of art with several theatres, museums, art galleries showing the real beauty of the real Havana.
North area

The property is located in the northern area of the Vedado, three blocks away from the Havana seafront that borders the coast of the Strait of Florida and along the river outlet of Almendares.
Weather

Cuba’s climate is highly subtropical with two yearly seasons. November to April it’s a dry, less humid and cooler, temperatures between 70 ºF and 82ºF; during the summer season the average temperatures are 86ºF and high humidity.
